Zurvina

Central Intelligence · Early access

Coordinate the whole business without removing human authority.

Zurvina’s central layer is designed to organize goals, context, planning, evidence and governance across specialized departments. It prepares review-ready work; it is not an unlimited super-admin or direct executor.

A single coordination layer connects planning context across eight departments; governed execution remains approval-gated.

Coordinated capability model

12 responsibilities. One bounded coordination layer.

Each capability is status-labelled. Preview describes the public product experience; design-principle describes the intended control model, not production certification.

Preview

Goal management

Keeps the authorized business outcome, owner, KPI, dependencies, priority, risk and budget visible while work is prepared and reviewed.

Preview

Planning

Decomposes an objective into structured plans and tasks with dependencies, assumptions, idempotency and replanning history.

Design principle

Department routing

Routes plan steps to registered department managers and specialist capabilities using tenant, plan, permission and capability scope.

Preview

Context

Builds the minimum necessary, tenant-scoped context with source provenance and freshness rather than unrestricted source-system access.

Design principle

Memory

Organizes approved business, policy, customer and task memory with retention, redaction, consent, provenance and deletion controls.

Design principle

Risk

Classifies P0–P4 impact with reasons, policy version and required approver roles before consequential work can advance.

Design principle

Budget

Controls intended AI, API, advertising, vendor and external costs using task, daily and monthly boundaries designed to fail closed.

Design principle

Quality

Evaluates accuracy, completeness, evidence, safety, policy alignment and duplication before a result advances.

Design principle

Approval coordination

Builds decision packages with exact payload hash, cost, risk, consequences, expiry and rollback context for the authorized human approver.

Design principle

Execution boundary

Converts effectful recommendations into governed action proposals; Central Intelligence does not own raw provider credentials or directly invoke write connectors.

Design principle

Evidence & audit

Requires provider or system verification before completion and preserves role-appropriate evidence without fabricating unavailable KPIs.

Preview

Executive reporting

Prepares daily and weekly summaries with truthful unavailable states and no unsupported live telemetry.

Canonical request lifecycle

Preparation first. Authority stays explicit.

A request moves from authorized intent through context and proposal preparation, then through policy, human approval, payload lock, governed execution, provider verification and audit.

  1. Request intake

Capture the authorized objective and accountable owner.

  2. Context assembly

Gather permitted context and relevant operating memory.

  3. Plan & proposal

Prepare evidence, assumptions, dependencies and intended action.

  4. Policy & risk

Check policy, risk, budget and quality boundaries.

  5. Human approval

Require an authorized decision for consequential action.

    Required boundary
  6. Payload lock

Bind approval to the exact reviewed action payload.

  7. Governed execution

Execute only through an approved, scoped connector path.

  8. Provider verification

Confirm the provider result rather than assuming success.

  9. Audit & report

Record evidence and present the verified outcome for review.

Governance and limits

Coordination is not unrestricted control.

No raw credentials

Central Intelligence is not presented as a store or display surface for raw provider credentials. Connector access remains scoped behind authorized boundaries.

No direct-write connector execution

A prepared action does not bypass policy or people. Consequential execution follows approval, payload lock, scoped execution, provider verification and audit.

No unlimited super-admin

The Main Brain coordinates approved context. It does not imply universal tenant access, unrestricted privileges or autonomous control of customer systems.
