Active AI-managed SKUs
Draft and archived products do not count as active AI-managed SKUs; a purchasable variant counts as one SKU.
Commerce · Contract-defined offering
Commerce is an active work-in-progress product offering with its own plan ladder. A Commerce plan meters active AI-managed SKUs, orders, stores, named users and AI credits — a different set of meters from the general business plans.
Commerce detail content is still being built. The figures below are published, proposed commercial pricing, and nothing here should be read as a release or availability commitment.
What a plan counts
These are the meters the Commerce ladder is priced against. Definitions are published as-is; where the architecture publishes a count without further behaviour, no behaviour is implied here.

Monthly order volume included in the plan allowance. Enterprise order volume is committed rather than published as a fixed number.
Stores included in the plan allowance. Enterprise store counts are custom and contract-defined.
People who can access the workspace under assigned roles.
Weighted usage units for approved AI work; not an unlimited-AI promise.

The same four tiers appear in the Commerce section of the pricing page. Both surfaces render one shared source, so the amounts and allowances cannot diverge.

Commercial boundaries
Commerce follows the same commercial posture as the rest of the pricing surface: published figures are proposed, and anything not published is quoted before agreement rather than estimated here.
Commerce amounts are proposed commercial / pilot-design-partner figures, consistent with the rest of the pricing surface. They are not final commercial prices, and no checkout occurs on this website.
Commerce setup and onboarding are quoted before agreement rather than published as free-standing public rates.
Commerce overage is quoted before agreement. The general-plan overage bundles published on the pricing page are a separate, general-business schedule.
Commerce plans include AI credits. Credits are weighted usage units for approved work, not currency and not an unlimited-model promise.
Two different things
Both exist, and they are separate offerings with separate pricing. Reading one as the other leads to the wrong plan.
A commercial product offering with its own plan ladder, metered on AI-managed SKUs, orders, stores, users and AI credits. Priced separately from the general business plans.
An Industry Pack adds industry operating context on top of a general business plan. It is listed with the other packs and carries its own pack pricing and availability status.
